Detox Box........ Infrared Rays raise the core temperature of the body, penetrating deep into the musles and tisssues. Sweat away lifelong accumulations of toxins and heavy metals, clear cellulite and improve skin tone. Increased heart rate and oxygen flow improves circulation , leaving a feeling of rejeuvenation and renewal.
20 minute session €25 (Please note this treatment is not suitable for children and pregnant ladies).

Hydrotherapy Tub........Relax in the warm water and allow gentle and more powerful jets massage your tired and aching muscles. Particularly suitable for back pain, rheumatic and arthritic conditions as muscle pain and inflammation is reduced. Stimulate blood flow, improve skin tone and circulation. An enjoyable, whole body treatment that relieves stress and anxiety.
